Alt Creative’s COVID-19 Response

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to change quickly, Alt Creative believes it’s important to be share how we are responding to the outbreak. Our values have always been to approach every situation with honesty, transparency, and empathy. We understand that the priorities of our clients are shifting throughout this time. Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and of the success of the customers we serve.

Given how rapidly the situation is evolving, we expect, and are prepared, to update our approach as necessary to ensure the health and safety of our clients, employees, and contractors. The information in this post is reflective of our guidelines and practices as of March 17, 2020. We will update this post accordingly to reflect any fundamental changes to our plan.

Remote Work:

Alt Creative employees and contractors have always been a remote workforce and this will continue during the COVID-19 crisis. We will still be available via email, phone, text, and via our helpdesk. As always, we require any change requests to be submitted in writing (via email at requests@alt-creative.com or by helpdesk ticket) and all phone communications to be scheduled beforehand.

In-Person Meetings:

During this health crisis all in-person meetings will be suspended to respect the health and safety of our employees and clients. We will still be available for meetings via phone, video chat, and/or screen share.

Project Interruptions:

As of the writing of this announcement, we do not foresee any interruptions in our current project load. We are still available to work on new projects at this time and current projects will remain on the agreed timelines.

Invoicing and Payments:

As a small business, cash flow is necessary for us to stay up and running. However, we recognize that most of our clients are also small businesses and/or non-profits, many of whom are supporting our community during this trying time. You will still receive timely invoices from us, but if you need a little extra time or help with payment options please let us know. We understand and we can be somewhat flexible as long as we are communicating with each other.

Customer service and reliable communication has always been our focus and we continue to foster these values during this uncertain time. We hope this information is helpful in understanding how Alt Creative is responding to coronavirus, and we appreciate the continued support from our employees and customers.
